About PWR

Parents Who Rock is a non-profit association of musicians and others based in Montclair, NJ, who volunteer their time and talents onstage and behind the scenes to raise money for non-for-profit organizations throughout the community. Since 2005, fundraising events featuring PWR artists and other volunteers, working with the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE), have netted more then $200,000 for such organizations and causes as the All-Children’s Playground, Mountainside Hospital Breast Cancer Education Center, the Montclair Rape Crisis Center, and more. Parents Who Rock will be on hand to serenade shoppers at the Church Street Sidewalk sale this Saturday, June 11 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The PWR bands performing on the street are:

11 a.m. 3rd Valve Jazz
11:40 a.m. Jessica and Paige
Noon: Dave Sobel and Tim Kennedy
1 p.m. Client #9
2 p.m. Alisa Harmon
3 p.m. The Bloomingfields
4 p.m. Compas

Come on out and enjoy what promises to be an afternoon of great sales and great music.
