The Bloomingfields, Client No. 9 Play Spring Fever Dance Party at Tierney's, This Saturday, April 9

The emerging rock scene taking North Jersey by storm will deliver a real soaker to Montclair’s Tierney’s Tavern on Saturday, April 9 as The Bloomingfields and Client No. 9 flood Upstairs at Tierney’s with a drenching night of unforgettable rock and roll. The forecast calls for The Bloomingfields to take to the stage first with a torrential downpour of up-tempo dance tunes, followed by Client No. 9 with an overflow of pop-punk-funk that will keep the dance floor rocking well into the night. HBO’s Joe Prieboy will shower his eye-catching video projections to further engulf party-goers in the deluge.

The Bloomingfields features Brendan Mee on bass; John Packel on drums; Andy Day on guitar; David Rieth on guitar and vocals, and Janet Donofrio – Rieth’s better half – on vocals. This seasoned bunch proves that marriage and kids is no barrier to a rockin’ good time as they perform rousing originals and groovy covers. Once described as Johnny and June meet the B-52s, their songs “Email My Boss,” “Little Kung Fu Shop,” “One Fine Summer’s Day,” and “Cold Snap” are included on the Parents Who Rock CDs, Go Play Outside and Let ‘Em Play on Snowdome Records.

Their song, “Love As Far As I Know It” is featured on the Let ‘Em Play CD.
