About PWR

Parents Who Rock is a non-profit association of musicians and others based in Montclair, NJ, who volunteer their time and talents onstage and behind the scenes to raise money for non-for-profit organizations throughout the community. Since 2005, fundraising events featuring PWR artists and other volunteers, working with the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE), have netted more then $200,000 for such organizations and causes as the All-Children’s Playground, Mountainside Hospital Breast Cancer Education Center, the Montclair Rape Crisis Center, and more. Support Goals for Life and fellow PWR-ers Ellen Paretti, Tim O’Connor, Alma Schneider, Brian Saltzman, and Mark Roselli at the Goals for Life Coffeehouse on Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Union Congregational Church, 176 Cooper St., Montclair, NJ.

Enjoy some fair-trade coffee and delicious desserts, listen to some great music and support a worthy cause. All proceeds go to Goals for Life, Inc., a non-profit organization supporting local breast cancer treatment and support groups. Admission: $10. For more info, visit the facebook page.
