Parents Who Rock: Parents Who Rock Announces Performers for Oct. 5th Backyarder

About PWR

Parents Who Rock is a non-profit association of musicians and others based in Montclair, NJ, who volunteer their time and talents onstage and behind the scenes to raise money for non-for-profit organizations throughout the community. Since 2005, fundraising events featuring PWR artists and other volunteers, working with the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE), have netted more then $200,000 for such organizations and causes as the All-Children’s Playground, Mountainside Hospital Breast Cancer Education Center, the Montclair Rape Crisis Center, and more. Parents Who Rock has announced the performers for its annual backyard event, set for Saturday, Oct. 5th from 12 noon to 4 pm—a fun afternoon filled with music from some of Montclair's best musical performers and bands.

The backyarder takes place at the corner of Cedar and High Streets. Rain date is Sunday, Oct. 6th.

All donations collected will go to a charitable organization that is still to be determined.
