About PWR

Parents Who Rock is a non-profit association of musicians and others based in Montclair, NJ, who volunteer their time and talents onstage and behind the scenes to raise money for non-for-profit organizations throughout the community. Since 2005, fundraising events featuring PWR artists and other volunteers, working with the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE), have netted more then $200,000 for such organizations and causes as the All-Children’s Playground, Mountainside Hospital Breast Cancer Education Center, the Montclair Rape Crisis Center, and more. Three Parents Who Rock acts—Ed Daingerfield, Carrie Cantor, and Client #9—will be performing at The Nishuane School Mayfair, Saturday, May 15th. The PWR artists will be on stage between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Mayfair is a fun-for-the-whole-family fundraiser sponsored by the Nishuane PTA. It features an excellent assortment of foods, crafts, games, rides, a t-shirt booth, performances and many other activities for all ages. It runs from 11 a.m to 4 p.m. Nishuane School is located at 32 Cedar Road in Montclair.
