About PWR

Parents Who Rock is a non-profit association of musicians and others based in Montclair, NJ, who volunteer their time and talents onstage and behind the scenes to raise money for non-for-profit organizations throughout the community. Since 2005, fundraising events featuring PWR artists and other volunteers, working with the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE), have netted more then $200,000 for such organizations and causes as the All-Children’s Playground, Mountainside Hospital Breast Cancer Education Center, the Montclair Rape Crisis Center, and more. Because the best things come in threes, come out and celebrate Friday the 13^th, the full moon and the release of a new CD from the Eugene Chrysler Band—“Nothin’ But the Hits!”

The bands' record release party will feature Eugene and the boys playing their mix of rockabilly, western swing and Honky Tonk, from 7 to 9 p.m., this Friday, June 13, at Ruthie’s Bar-B-Q. There'll be great food and rockin' music, guaranteed to make you leave the join howling at the full moon for more!

Ruthie’s is located at 64 Chestnut Street, Montclair. No cover.
