Compás Brings Latin American Music to Benefit for Community Pre-K, March 19


Compás, an eclectic band playing music from all over Latin America, will be performing at Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair, 67 Church St., Saturday, March 19th. The show is a benefit for the Montclair Community Pre-K, and runs from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Compás plays Cumbias, Sons (Cuban salsa), Boleros, Latin rock, and more. The band members are Adrienne Riofrio (vocals, violin, guitar); Dario Scholis (guitar); Erik Feder (percussion); John Acevedo (percussion) and Juan Pablo Cano Sanchez (bass).
