Sephardic Songs and Stories and Tapas Too, This Saturday, February 5


Warm up with an evening of Sephardic songs and stories from Flory Jagoda, plus folk dancing and tapas, at Bnai Keshet this Saturday, February 5 at 8 p.m.

Jagoda is an international treasure who has gained fame for bringing the wonderful, vibrant music of the Sephardic Jews of Bosnia to audiences young and old. She will perform with folksinger Susan Gaeta, who will lead the singing and tell stories. International folk dancer Jim Gold and his troupe will be on hand to teach and lead dances to Jagoda's songs. In addition, a vegetarian tapas buffet, prepared by celebrated New York tapas chefs Gonzalo Fernandez and Patricia Pedraza, will be served.

The event is free to members of Bnai Keshet, and $36 for non members. Bnai Keshet is located at 99 South Fullerton Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042.
