Parents Who Rock is a non-profit association of musicians and others based in Montclair, NJ, who volunteer their time and talents onstage and behind the scenes to raise money for non-for-profit organizations throughout the community. Since 2005, fundraising events featuring PWR artists and other volunteers, working with the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE), have netted more then $200,000 for such organizations and causes as the All-Children’s Playground, Mountainside Hospital Breast Cancer Education Center, the Montclair Rape Crisis Center, and more. Fountains of Wayne to Play Glenfield School Benefit

Fountains of Wayne will be performing in a benefit concert for Glenfield Middle School at the Alexander Kasser Theater at Montclair State University on Sunday, September 13 at 4 pm. All proceeds from ticket sales will be used to purchase much needed technology for the 700 students at the school. Tickets are available for $100 or $200. Anything above $35 is tax deductible. To order tickets, go to the Glenfield PTA website, and print out an order form.
